Bailey Caravans
Part of Baileys Transient warranty scheme since 2013 our technicians are factory trained to carry out the most comprehensive repairs to you Bailey, even as far as removing a complete side.
We have full access to the factory parts system.
Elddis Caravans
In 2017 we were invited to become a member of the Elddis Approved Repairer team to provide independent servicing, repair and warranty for all Elddis and Compass products. We log all records to the Elddis gateway system.
Swift Caravans
In 2019 Gem Caravans Ltd were appointed a Swift Group service centre. Servicing, repairs and warranty authorised. We log all work on the Swift portal and have access to the Connect system for ordering parts.
We can do warranty for Coachman and Auto-Trail. As a member of the Approved Workshop Scheme we can provide services for the manufacturers listed on www.approvedworkshops.co.uk
Warranty Terms
All manufacturers warranties are "return to base" meaning the caravan should be returned to a workshop for repair. For on-site warranty repairs, a fee for travel is charged.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR 2022 WE WILL ONLY CARRY OUT WARRANTY WORK ON CARAVANS SERVICED OR BOOKED TO BE SERVICED BY GEM CARAVANS LTD.
