Workshop Terms

Caravans must be delivered to the workshop in a clean condition. Lower bunks and bed spaces should be reasonably clear and upper lockers should be such that no items will fall when opened. We cannot accept responsibility for damage should items fall out when lockers are opened. 

Toilets must be empty. No work will be done to toilets with contents in the cassette.

We will at our discretion apply a charge for removal of items to access areas (ie under bed) and we do not accept responsibility for those items removed. When possible, we inspect the caravan prior to any work being carried out and discuss access issues with the customer.

Mobile Terms (In Addition to Above)

It is your responsibility to ensure that the caravan is available at the time and place agreed. The ground condition should be suitable for jacking a caravan, ie slabs, hardstanding etc. Loose gravel and soft earth is not suitable. Sufficient clearance round the caravan ( min 3 feet, 1 metre) to allow access to all parts. You must supply water, gas and have the leisure battery charged if possible. We have an onboard generator and compressor. A round trip travel charge may apply mobile servicing.

General Terms of Business

All accounts are payable upon completion of work carried out unless by prior arrangement. Payment is cash, bank transer or debit card (no credit cards or cheques). All prices include service parts but exclude travelling and additional work. All known faults should be disclosed at time of booking. No additional work or parts are fitted without consultation with you. Should you be unavailable, it will be assumed that the additional work/parts will not be carried out/fitted, and the work may be carried out later at an additional cost incurred to you.

VAT at the current rate is applicable on all accounts.

Cancellation, Amendments and No-Shows

We understand that things do change and to that end we accept amendments and cancellations to bookings with no charge. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or amend a booking

Exceptions are:

  • No-Shows at The Workshop Without Prior Notice
  • No Notice of Cancellation Prior To Us Arriving at the Agreed Place

The exceptions will be charged at £150+vat.
